Happy Retales is THE oasis for me and me Frenchie, BELLA, and lucklily we found them when we arrived in TN from our home in NYC. This shop has it ALL: an unbeatable, incredibly sharp staff, kind hearts, concern for their customers, the willingness to go above and beyond and products? Well, let me just say that if you can't find it here? You aren't going to find it. From grooming, to the most cutting edge holistic and health boosting supplements to the best foods your furbaby can possibly ingest to home goods for pet owners to pet clothing and accessories... what more could you want? And ALL in a VERY clean and perfectly organized store! I love this place. It is officially mine and BELLA'S home away from home. These guys get 5 GOLD stars in BOTH our books! Try them. Excellent customer service!! Very knowledgeable in so many things beyond just pet nutrition. They treated my puppy like a princess the whole time we were there (totally spoiled her) giving me so much more time to explore. There is an awesome selection of gifts for pet parents too. I highly recommend this very informative location to everyone, especially anyone with nutrition questions or first time fur parents!!!

Amazing place! First time there this evening. Incredible customer service and just the nicest people, and the sweetest dog, Pickles, behind the counter ! I cannot WAIT to come back . Coco & Bandit can't wait to come back, too! Coco got lots of attention and pets from the people who helped us and she NEVER allows that! Lol. 🐾🐾🐶🐶💗 p.s.
